Sunday School |
|
|
|
The Sunday School
program at LUMC is available starting at age 3
and continues through grade 8. The
children enjoy music, crafts, games, and drama
while learning about God. |
|
|
LUMC Kids Club |
|
|
LUMC Kids Club runs from late
September until early March. This club
includes singing, Bible stories, crafts, baking,
woodworking and sports. It is scheduled on
Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 8:00 pm.
Everyone is welcome - bring a friend. |

Library |
|
|
LUMC has
a children’s library. There is a wide
variety of books as well as videos/dvds for the
children to borrow. The librarians also
provide Worship Bags which include books,
crayons, paper, colouring books and clipboards.
Children can pick up one of these Worship Bags
to use during their time spent in the sanctuary
on Sunday mornings. |

Daily Vacation Bible School (DVBS) |
|
|
DVBS welcomes many children to
our church to celebrate God for one week in the
summer. While many of these children come from
our church family, many others come from the
community. The children learn about God
through great music, skits, cool crafts, fun
snacks, bible dramas, science experiments and
games. |

Christmas Eve Celebration |
|
The children
at LUMC celebrate Christmas Eve with a program
including singing, drama, scripture and
"Christmas bags". The children spend many
hours getting ready for this wonderful event.
Christmas Eve is an evening filled with
excitement for both the children and the
community. |
